Where is Changi Lounge Located?
The Changi Lounge is located in Jewel Changi Airport, on Level 1 (Landside), right opposite the Early Check-In counters near Lift Lobby E. Since it’s before security, it’s perfect for arriving passengers, or even those transiting with a long layover.
> Pro Tip: If you’re heading for a connecting flight, remember to allow enough time for security and immigration after your lounge visit.
Who Can Access Changi Lounge?
This lounge is open to:
Priority Pass members
Pay-per-use guests
I accessed it for free multiple times using my Amex Platinum Priority Pass, which is a digital card (a feature unique to Amex India). Most Indian banks issue only physical cards – but Changi Lounge accepts digital Priority Pass access too, making it super convenient. This lounge can be accessed multiple times as boarding pass is valid for 24 hours from departure time, so I accessed this lounge thrice during my August 2025 trip.

Ambience & Facilities
The Changi Lounge has a clean, modern aesthetic with comfortable seating, clean shower room, work pods, and ample charging points. If you are accessing the lounge in morning hours, you might have to wait for shower room as in my case it took hours as the rooms were completely booked.The environment is quiet, ideal for working or just relaxing post-flight. Fast Wi-Fi is a plus for remote workers or digital nomads.
Why Changi Lounge Stands Out
Arrival access is rare among airport lounges, and this is one of the few that offers it.
Located inside Jewel, you can explore the Rain Vortex, shopping, and restaurants before or after your lounge time.
Ideal for early arrivals or those waiting to check into a hotel. The lounge has also enhanced their menu as vegan food options are also included, I remember during my 2024 trip there was only 1 option in vegetarian food, but now vegan dim sum and vegan Thai chicken curry has been introduced which I tried in my August 2025 visit
My Verdict: Is Changi Lounge Worth Visiting?
Absolutely. Whether you’ve just landed and need a quick refresh, or have time to kill before your next flight, Changi Lounge at Jewel is a fantastic stop.
