Booking luxury hotels with points always feels rewarding, and my recent 2-night stay at ITC Rajputana, Jaipur turned out to be one of my most memorable ITC experiences so far. This was the 4th ITC property I stayed at – my journey with ITC Hotels began with the excellent ITC Narmada Ahmedabad, followed by the nightmare stay at ITC Maratha Mumbai, and a disappointing experience at ITC Grand Central Mumbai. Despite the mixed experiences, I decided to give ITC Rajputana a try since it was available at a reasonable points redemption rate compared to other luxury hotels in Jaipur. And I am glad I did!
Booking and Room Category
I booked the Towers Category Room with Club Lounge Access, which at ITC Rajputana is called the Luxury Hours Lounge. This exclusive benefit allows guests to enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks every evening between 6 pm to 8 pm.
Using points for this booking made the stay even more worthwhile, especially since Jaipur has multiple luxury options like Fairmont, Le Meridien, and Rambagh Palace. Among them, ITC Rajputana stood out as a great balance between luxury and value.
Check-In and First Impressions
When I arrived, the hotel was buzzing with energy because of an ongoing fashion event. The lobby looked grand and full of life, with models, designers, and guests adding glamour to the atmosphere.
Despite the crowd, check-in was smooth and without delays. The lobby itself is stunning, with rich Rajasthani-inspired architecture – definitely worth capturing for Instagram or social media. A staff member personally escorted us to the room, which set the tone for attentive service.
The Room – Spacious with a Unique Seating Design
The Towers Room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really caught my eye was the unique floor seating option, padded with a mattress on one side of the room – a thoughtful touch that reflected Rajasthani culture.

Luxury Hours – Club Lounge Access
One of the highlights of my stay was the Luxury Hours (Club Lounge Access). Every evening from 6 pm to 8 pm, the lounge served an excellent spread of snacks and alcoholic beverages.
Since kids are not allowed in the lounge, alternate arrangements were made in a separate café, which was a considerate gesture. The food and drinks were consistently good on both evenings, making it one of the best ITC lounge experiences I’ve had so far.
Dining Experience – Breakfast & Beyond
Breakfast at ITC Rajputana had a wide variety of options, from traditional Indian dishes to continental choices. As an ITC Culinaire member, I felt extra pampered – especially on the day of checkout when a guest relations manager personally engaged with us at length, ensuring everything was perfect.
This level of personalized service was a refreshing change compared to my stays at ITC properties in Mumbai.
Entertainment & Property Highlights
What sets ITC Rajputana Jaipur apart is the cultural experience it offers alongside luxury:
Peacocks freely roaming around the property – a delightful sight in the mornings.
Evening folk dance and puppet shows, which we attended both nights. These performances truly captured the essence of Rajasthan and gave the stay a local flavor.
A well-maintained swimming pool, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring Jaipur.

Overall, my 2-night stay at ITC Rajputana Jaipur was excellent. The combination of smooth check-in, spacious rooms, Luxury Hours with great food & drinks, personalized attention as an ITC Culinaire member, cultural shows, and warm hospitality made this property stand out.
Compared to my past ITC stays, this was by far the most balanced and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend ITC Rajputana to anyone looking for a luxury hotel stay in Jaipur – especially if you’re booking with points for maximum value.
