Dinner was served as a buffet, and the quality truly impressed me:

Vegetarian options available, which is always important for Indian travellers
The same restaurant serves breakfast and lunch as well.
While lunch buffet options were limited for vegetarians, the staff went above and beyond — they noticed my preference and prepared a special vegetarian dish just for me.
