Rather than standard heavy bridal lehengas, the runway brought forward structural drapery, fluid silks, and neo-traditional menswear. Seeing couture from top Indian houses up close—watching the delicate hand-embroidery and intricate jewels catch the runway lights from the front row—was a surreal luxury experience.

As the runway lights dimmed, the evening transitioned into a high-octane cultural soirée powered by Bombay Bandook.
If you haven't heard them yet, Bombay Bandook is an Indian fusion band based in Mumbai that seamlessly blends classical Indian music with modern progressive rock and indie vibes. Their live set at Jio World Centre was nothing short of electric. The fusion of acoustic sitar lines, intricate vocal classical alaaps, and driving rock rhythm sections filled the grand hall, creating a rich sonic atmosphere that matched the opulent backdrop of the event.
